Xerf Kathliss joined Rogue Squadron (RS) sometime in the midst of Year 9. While a member of RS, he rose through the ranks quickly through dedication to the faction. It was during this time that he began forming a secretive group known only as MoC. This inner organization recruited members from RS with various skills with the ability to communicate and cooperate with their fellow members.
The members of the MoC have partaken in multiple RS projects, projects such as building new facilities, colonizing new worlds, and even extracting raw materials for other projects. They took part in the industrialization or Coyn, Sat'Skar, and Halabara planets. As the group continued to strive for perfection within RS, they were later given permission to form RS' ship manufacturing company, Red Star Shipyards (RSS).
After many months of preparation, RSS was almost ready to open its doors to the public, when all of a sudden Xerf was found dead. Not losing hope Xerf's closest friend and right hand, Che`bea`tann, took the reins of the then MoC and continued the preparations for the public ground breaking ceremony. Soon, Xerf's uncle Dreey Autern arrived in the Elrood sector aftering hearing of his Nephews death. He spoke with Che`bea`tann and took over the leadership of the MoC in honor of Xerf. A few weeks later, on Year 10, Day 27 RSS opened its doors to the public during a live christening of it's first shipyard.
Later on in time, after much negotiation RSS bought and took over the SoroSuub Corporation (SSC) adopting it's name. Upholding both the traditions of RSS and SSC, the SSC continues producing ships for RS.
